[摘要] 护士的服务水平呈逐年下降趋势，根本原因是护士心理压力过大。尤其近年来，护士与医生的关系进一步恶化、各科室护理岗位的工作量呈不均衡性和生活压力较大等诸多原因进一步增加了护士的心理压力，降低了护士的工作效率和质量，本文以此为出发点，重点从提高护士的角色地位、降低护士间的攀比情绪和丰富护士的业余生活3个方面入手，建立完善的护士心理压力减压体系，希望能够对其他医院护士的管理工作有所参考和借鉴。

    [Abstract] The nurse service level decreased year by year,and its fundamental reason is that the psychological pressure of nurses is too large.Especially in recent years,further deterioration of the relationship between nurses and doctors,balanced greatly nursing job workload and greater life stress and other reasons further increases the nurses′ psychological pressure,lower the work efficiency and quality of nurses,this article as a starting point focuses on improving the role of nurses,reduces the emotional comparisons between nurse and rich amateur life of nurses to establish perfect relief system of psychological pressure,and it hopes to have reference for nurse management of other hospital. ......
