多焦晶状体治疗白内障的效果观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨多焦晶状体治疗白内障的临床效果。 方法 选取2012年12月～2013年12月在本院进行治疗的48例白内障患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用超声乳化摘除术并植入单焦点人工晶状体，观察组采用超声乳化摘除术并植入多焦点人工晶状体，比较两组患者的临床疗效。 结果 两组治疗后的裸眼远视力和近视力均明显优于治疗前，观察组治疗后的裸眼远视力和近视力均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对白内障患者植入多焦点人工晶状体，具有较好的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。
