     [摘要] 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定咳喘宁中桔梗皂苷D的方法。 方法 采用以蒸发光散射检测器的高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250.0 mm，5 μm)，流动相为乙腈∶水(28∶72)，流速为0.9 ml/min，ELSD漂移管温度为70℃，气体流速为3.0 SLPM/min。 结果 桔梗皂苷D进样量在0.513～10.260 μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996)，平均回收率98.44%，RSD=0.88%(n=6)。 结论 该方法准确，可靠，重复性好，灵敏度高，可用于咳喘宁的质量控制标准。
