【摘要】 目的 探讨他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的临床疗效情况。方法 120例白癜风患者， 随机分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组， 各60例。常规治疗组采用常规治疗， 联合治疗组采用他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 联合治疗组白癜风患者临床治疗总有效率100%明显高于常规治疗组80%， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风临床疗效明显， 预后良好， 值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tacrolimus ointment combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B irradiation in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 120 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group， with 60 cases in each group.
