【摘要】 目的 探讨急症宫颈环扎术对妊娠中、晚期宫颈机能不全的治疗效果及影响因素。方法 对2007年1月至2009年12月收治的妊娠中、晚期行急症宫颈环扎术20例进行回顾分析。结果 20例急症宫颈环扎术患者平均保胎(59.73±12.48)d,有17例(85%)孕妇获得存活新生儿。结论 急症宫颈环扎术可延长孕周,改善妊娠结局。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence factors and the effects of urgent cervical cerclage on the treatment of cervical incompetence in second and third trimester. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 20 cases of cervical incompetence which were performed urgent cervical cerclage from Jan 2007 to Dec 2009.
