【摘要】 目的 建立川芎嗪葡萄糖注射液中盐酸川芎嗪的含量测定方法。方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸川芎嗪的含量，测定波长302 nm。结果 盐酸川芎嗪在4~16 μg/ ml范围内呈良好的线性关系，其回归方程：A=0.054 2 C-0.008 6，r=0.999 8，平均回收率：101.1%，RSD为0.4%(n=6)。结论 该方法准确、可靠、操作简便、稳定性好。

    Determination of Ligustrazine in Ligustrazine glucose injection by UV-Spectrophotometry

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method to assay components of ligustrazine glucose injection.Methods The UV-spectrophotometry was adopted with the detection wavelengh at 302 nm.Results There was a good liner reationship between ligustrazine and its absorbability(r=0.9 998)within the concentration range of 4~16 μg/ ml.The average recovery was 101.1%(RSD=1.21%,n=7).Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,convenient and stable.
